She helped me sell my house and also find a new home and buy it. When she sold my house she performed a very comprehensive Comparative Market Analysis, which showed the real price of my home. Due to her hard work it was sold at the correct price without any appraisal issues. When I was on the market for a new home, she was always on the look out, and when a home caught my attention, she would be sending an offer within the hour (unbelievable ha, but completely true). I was able to win the home due to her diligence. By circumstances I met the seller, and he told me: "you have your agent to thank you won the house, because she was always available when we reached out, as opposed to a highest bidder's agent, who would not return calls". So, if you are on the market for a home, or are trying to sell, call her and you will see that I am not exaggerating.
